You may download a PDF of the application form
or fill an online version via our portal.

Instructions for Filling
- Provide accurate personal details (name, date of birth, address, etc.).
- Indicate class for which admission is sought.
- Attach passport-sized photo, birth certificate, and copies of prior school records (if any).
- Fill parent/guardian information (occupation, contact, address).

Submission Modes
Offline: Submit the completed form with necessary documents at the school’s admissions office.
Online: Upload scanned documents along with the filled form via our website portal before the closing date.
4.
Application Fee
A non-refundable fee accompanies the submission of the form. The amount will be mentioned in the annual notification.
5.
Acknowledgement / Reference Number
Upon receipt, applicants will be issued an acknowledgment or reference number to track their application status.
6.
Correction / Update Window
A short period may be allowed for applicants to correct or update minor errors (e.g. spelling, contact number) before shortlisting begins.
